Orders

Prices and what is in stock can change. An item is not held for you until checkout is finished. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot complete, including one for an item that is gone or a price that was entered wrong. You are responsible for the contact, shipping, and payment details you submit. Shopify processes the payment.

Products

We describe and photograph each item as accurately as we can. Your screen, the light, and small differences in the materials can change how a product looks.

Use

This is fishing tackle. Hooks and small parts can injure. Keep them away from children and use them at your own risk.

Updates

Signing up for email updates is optional. The privacy policy says what we collect and how to stop them.

Site content

The Trout Made Angler Co. name, logo, photographs, and writing on this site may not be copied or reused without permission.

Who can use the site

You need to be the age of majority where you live, or a parent needs to agree before a minor uses the site.

Checkout

Checkout and payment run on Shopify. Give current contact and shipping details so the order can be completed. We may refuse or cancel an order, including one that looks like it came from a dealer or reseller.

Returns

Returns follow the shipping and returns page.

Liability

The site and the tackle are provided as they are. Use is at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, Trout Made Angler Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site or the products.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of California and the United States.
